Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using duaadigitalstudio.com and the general framework for discussing services with Duaa Digital Studio.

Please read these terms before using our website or commissioning work. A written project agreement, accepted proposal or applicable marketplace contract will define the specific terms of a paid engagement. If those terms differ from these general terms, the agreed project terms take priority for that engagement.

1. Acceptable Website Use

You may browse this website, read its educational content, explore project previews and contact us about legitimate business enquiries.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to access restricted systems, accounts or information without authorization.
  • Introduce malicious software or interfere with the website's operation.
  • Submit spam, impersonate another person or provide deliberately misleading information.
  • Reproduce our work or portfolio samples in a way that falsely presents them as your own.

2. Services and Project Agreements

Services may include website development and customization, content writing, copywriting, ecommerce support, marketplace listing management, SEO, reporting, data analysis and application development.

Availability, deliverables and technical capabilities are confirmed individually. A service description on this website does not create a binding commitment to perform work.

Before work begins, we agree the relevant project details in writing, including:

  • Scope and deliverables.
  • Fees and payment schedule.
  • Expected timeline and client dependencies.
  • Included revisions and acceptance process.
  • Access requirements and third-party costs.
  • Handover, ownership and ongoing support arrangements.

An enquiry or discovery discussion does not, by itself, confirm a booking.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback and the materials reasonably needed to complete the agreed work.

  • You must have permission to use supplied text, images, logos, product files and other materials.
  • Product specifications, prices, business claims and customer information must be accurate.
  • Account access must be authorized and shared through an appropriate secure method.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving factual claims before publication.

Delays in materials, access or feedback may affect the delivery schedule.

4. Fees, Payments and External Costs

Project fees, currency, deposits and payment milestones are stated in the accepted proposal or agreement. Additional work requires an agreed scope and fee.

Domain registration, hosting, paid themes, plugins, advertising budgets, platform fees and other third-party expenses are included only when expressly stated in the project agreement.

If an agreed payment becomes overdue, we may pause work after notifying the client. Any resulting schedule changes will be discussed.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

The project agreement specifies the included revision allowance. Revisions address the agreed brief and deliverables.

New features, additional pages, a changed brief or substantial changes to previously approved work may require a separate quotation and revised timeline. We will discuss these changes before proceeding.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements are defined in the project agreement or applicable marketplace terms.

If those arrangements have not been specified, contact us promptly. We will review the work completed, payments received, committed third-party costs and any applicable requirements before agreeing a resolution.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property and Handover

Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files and editable materials is determined by the project agreement. Any agreed transfer is subject to its stated payment and handover conditions.

Third-party software, fonts, themes, plugins, stock media and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses. We cannot transfer rights that we do not own.

Unless a page expressly provides a license, website text, original graphics and portfolio materials may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

Client work will be used in a public portfolio only where permission or the agreed contract allows it.

8. Portfolio Samples and Demonstrations

Our portfolio may include own-business projects, published writing, self-directed samples, illustrative dashboards and prototypes. Project descriptions explain the type of work and contribution shown.

A practice sample does not establish a paid client relationship. Example data does not represent verified business results. A browser prototype does not establish that an application has been published in an app store.

9. Results and Third-Party Decisions

We aim to deliver the agreed work to a professional standard. However, business outcomes depend on factors beyond the work itself.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, sales, revenue, advertising returns, AdSense approval, marketplace account approval or app-store acceptance.

Search engines, advertising networks, marketplaces, payment providers and app stores make their own decisions and may change their rules or systems.

10. Educational Content and Online Tools

Articles, calculators, templates and demonstrations provide general information. Outputs depend on inputs, assumptions and the limitations stated on the relevant page.

Check important outputs against reliable records and obtain appropriate professional advice before making financial, legal or other consequential decisions. Do not enter confidential information into public tools unless the tool expressly supports that use.

11. External Platforms and Links

External websites and platforms operate under their own terms and policies. Links are provided for context or convenience and do not imply ownership, endorsement or a partnership.

Clients remain responsible for their accounts, platform compliance and permissions unless a specific responsibility is agreed in writing.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

Confidential project information should be shared through agreed channels. Any specific confidentiality requirements or non-disclosure arrangements should be recorded in the project agreement.

Website information-handling practices are explained in our Privacy Policy .

13. Website Availability and Responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and accessible, but pages and tools may occasionally contain errors or experience interruptions. Please report any issue you identify.

Responsibility for paid services and any agreed limitations will be addressed in the project contract, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Resolving Concerns

If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant project details and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the issue and seek a practical resolution.

Any agreed governing law, dispute process or forum for a paid project should be stated in its contract. Transactions arranged through a marketplace may also be subject to that platform's dispute procedures.

15. Updates to These Terms

Updated website terms will be published here with a revised date. Changes do not automatically amend an existing signed or accepted project agreement.
